Note: the following information only applies to GeoCat Bridge for ArcMap v3.1.19 and older.
In this case, check the Bridge log file (available from the Help menu).
We have observed that the 'FlxCore.dll' dependency has not been installed properly and may be missing.
To resolve this, uninstall Bridge and install it again using the installer from the download section in the customer portal.
Please contact support if the log file does not mention this error or the problem persists.
