We are happy to announce that the first official 1.0 version of GeoCat Bridge for ArcGIS® Pro has been released June 17th 2024.
It is available for all registered users from the download page.
Some things to note:
- GeoCat Bridge for ArcGIS Pro has been rebuilt from the ground up, and offers quite a different user experience than GeoCat Bridge for ArcMap. Also, some of the old features have been removed, or will be reintroduced at a later stage. Please read the documentation for more details.
- If you are a GeoCat Bridge for ArcMap user and you wish to migrate to the ArcGIS Pro version, please let us know.
Your old license will work for the ArcGIS Pro version as well (provided that it hasn't expired), but we may have to migrate it. - If you wish to try it out first, please note that GeoCat Bridge for ArcGIS Pro does not support trial licenses. By default, if you do not activate a Bridge license, you will work with the Community Edition instead. This version will let you publish data to a fixed GeoCat Live server, so you can take as long as you like to evaluate the software.
